Too Much Snow Shoveling?

Too Much Snow Shoveling

Are you one of the unlucky ones who had to do the shoveling? We feel for you! It’s definitely very strenuous work.

No wonder It carries with it a high risk of injury. Reports say that being hit with the shovel, overworking muscles, falling, suffering from scrapes, cuts, sprains, and even breaking a bone are among the most common accidents. And I’m sure you’ve also heard that some people even die from a heart attack while shoveling snow due to the intense exercise. It is reported that in the US the number of heart attacks increases by 20% in the week following a heavy snow storm.

How are you feeling? Sore, tired, and in pain from clearing up all that snow?

We recommend you get a massage to ease the soreness, decrease pain in your arms, shoulders, neck and back, and help you recover and relax!
