We will create a step-by-step meal plan to make sure your nutritional needs are being met and provide you with delicious recipes to make healthy eating simple and fun. From shopping to food prep and private cooking classes, we’ll help you every step of the way.
Sessions include a health assessment, motivational interviewing, inspiration, and evidence-based education to get you back in balance. Prior to your meeting with our Coach, you will be asked to fill out a short questionnaire that will be the basis for the first session.
