Our one-on-one personal training sessions are geared to the 55y+ population and are personalized according to your needs and goals. We will implement workouts that improve strength, agility, flexibility, balance, and posture. As we age, our muscle mass, strength, and overall condition naturally diminish and it becomes increasingly important to establish a fitness routine that includes strength training, cardio, stretching, and balance training. Our Personal Trainer will keep the sessions challenging but not overly exhausting while providing an ever-changing program that will keep you motivated.

Muscle imbalance due to repetitive movements and poor posture is often the reason for body aches and pains as we age. With specific exercises, our personal trainer can help you correct your posture overtime to bring your body back in balance.

Stretching plays an important role in keeping the body in balance, improving range of motion, and preventing muscle shortness and injury. Our stretching sessions are tailored to your personal needs, where we target specific muscle groups that are affected by your daily activities. Our personal trainer implements various stretching techniques including passive stretching, PNF stretching, and Active Isolated Stretching.
