Appointments are confirmed the day before the session.
Appointments are booked to start on time. Lateness forfeits the time missed. Should a client be more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a late cancellation.
bodono requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation. Notice of rescheduling or cancellation within less than 24 hours is considered a late cancellation and 100% of treatment fee will be charged.
In the rare case that bodono needs to reschedule or cancel the appointment within less than 24 hours, the client receives their next session free of charge.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made prior to treatment.
