Our Policies

  • All services are provided by appointment only.
  • Appointments are confirmed the day before the session.
  • Appointments are booked to start on time. Lateness forfeits the time missed. Should a client be more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a late cancellation.
  • bodono requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation. Notice of rescheduling or cancellation within less than 24 hours is considered a late cancellation and 100% of treatment fee will be charged.
  • In the rare case that bodono needs to reschedule or cancel the appointment within less than 24 hours, the client receives their next session free of charge.
  • Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made prior to treatment.
  • We accept cash, checks, Venmo, and credit cards.
  • We take the utmost care in ensuring that our equipment and supplies comply with strict hygiene and safety standards.
  • Privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
  • Clients are treated with respect and dignity, with personal and professional boundaries respected at all times.
  • We respect all clients regardless of their age, gender, race, national origin, sexual orientation, religion, socioeconomic status, political affiliation, body type, personal habits, or state of health.
