We feel privileged to have been working with clients from all kinds of different backgrounds, from corporate financial institutions to small boutique tech companies, C-level executives, small business owners, service sector and staff level employees, actors, musicians, artists, athletes and private clients from teenagers to seniors, VIPs and celebreties in New York City and Florida.

About The Owner

Welcome to bodono! My name is Eliane Baggenstos, I am a Registered Nurse, Certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer, and Licensed Massage Therapist with additional certifications in Medical Massage, Advanced Sports Massage, Plant-Based Nutrition, and Motivational Interviewing.

After working in Med/Surg, Oncology, Hospice, and Palliative Care for many years, I expanded my knowledge in the field of disease prevention and integrative therapies. I studied massage therapy at The Swedish Institute in NYC, Plant-Based Nutrition at Cornell University, and I got certified in Evidence-based Health Coaching for Healthcare Providers by the National Society of Health Coaches.

Born and raised in Switzerland, I have lived in New York City for many years and have traveled extensively throughout the US before relocating to West Palm Beach, FL.

Health, wellness, fitness, and nutrition have always been a passion of mine. I started out as a professional ballet dancer in my teens, and since then have continued various training activities from Crossfit to running, TRX training, weight lifting, bicycling, and swimming. I love hiking and kayaking, and I balance my activities with a regular yoga, stretching, and meditation practice.

Growing up as the daughter of a chef, I was taught the science of nutrition and the art of cooking early on. By age six I knew how to steam a lobster and how to preserve most vitamins and enzymes when stir-frying vegetables. I helped my mother in her organic fruit- and vegetable garden, and so I learned about the health benefits of a plant-based whole food diet and organic nutrition before even graduating high school. You could say that I was a health-foodie before that term even existed.

I love traveling around the globe, interacting with people, and learning about other cultures.
